$349 Member $399 Non-Member
Tuition does not include the $100.00 examination fee or the $150.00 licensing fee payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Although there are no requirements to take our class, the state does require that you be at least 18 years of age or older and be able to document 3 years full time experience in the building and design field to take their exam.
